In the snowy south

Imagine our surprise when we found more snow in Alabama than we had in MN & WI! Yesterday was a productive day with a decent amount of travel and some good stops. Billy was able to do a little street preaching in Nashville like he was hoping to. Stopped at Lowe’s to pick up a few things we needed and get some exercise. We made it to snowy Birmingham for the night. As we were preparing to leave this am, a Catholic fellow came up to talk to Billy. They had a good conversation for almost an hour where Billy was able to make the gospel with the FINISHED work of Christ clear. The man really enjoyed learning about the term “propitiation” – a fully satisfying payment. Romans 3:24-26 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; to declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus
